PSI exam refusing to refund

I spent a good part of 2 hours with PSI Exam technical support due to the secure browser not launching , then when it did it would crash my camera half way through verifying ID and the room layout.

In the end their technical support reached the conclusion that my computer couldn’t load the software.

They put me through to Customer Services for a refund , however they refused to refund me and wanted me to reschedule, I had to spend 15 minutes insisting that rescheduling the exam would not fix the issue of my computer not being able to load the software, she insisted her manager could not offer a refund. After much back and forward they refunded the exam!
