Receiving Damages due to Incorrect Damage to your Credit Rating

If a Credit Card Company or Service company affects your credit rating unfairly then you receive damages if you can prove this affected a future purchase where your credit rating needed to be clean.

Unfairly could mean if you are in dispute over a transaction, or you cancelled the transaction within their terms and or the terms held by your consumer law country and they have issued proceedings against you incorrectly. Usually, companies will do this by default and automatically without checking their eligibility
