Recently, I mistakenly accepted an Airbnb booking instead of cancelling it. As the cancellation was within 10 days I got charged 76$ 50% of the booking

I called up Airbnb support and the first person I spoke to in the call centre there was nothing more she can do and she couldn’t refund the money

I asked to speak to a supervisor who honoured the refund
