Recently I purchased some flights Philippine Airlines, I called them up to confirm the flights however they were cancelled on calling.
They said I would get a full refund in 30 days. The refund came through 2 week later , however they have not refunded the booking fee!
I lodged a Paypal Dispute as I paid via Paypal who
“Because we were unable to obtain additional information from Philippine Airlines Inc., this claim has been decided in your favour and you’ve received a refund
If you paid with a card, the money is refunded to your card. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.”
A credit card charge back would have had the same result I assume
